Those will add a LOT of caster to the front end which will throw your alignment off and make the truck harder to steer and it will make your pinion angle much worse.
Longer shackles are really not a great way to lift your truck.

A 2 inch shackle will net you ~1" of lift.
My advice: get a 1 inch zero rate spring.
