This will be my first REAL Jeep build (Four prior mail order built Jeeps). I Craiglisted a Dana 60HD Rear axle BOM 603341, an 89 Chevy 3+3 Four Door Duelly with Dana 60 front BOM 610295 and rear to be determined (Believed to be a Dana 70). I would like to run these full width under a TJ Unlimited with SB 350 TBI, 7R400, Atlas 4/1, 39s on 17 inch rims and so forth. I'm a newbie to the axle building. I have read the Billa Vista 60 pages. Just muddied the water. Here are the ???s
Will the Dana 60 rear I have take the 35 spline axle without machining it?
Can the 60/70 rear make a hybrid with out a ton of work? Better to just run the 70 rear?
Does anybody make a 6 on 6.5 SWR for the front/rear
Budget friendlier build sheet front and rear?

I'm not afraid to read if some one can point me towards good threads or has good links that are in laymen terms for some one who is more hands.

Any help will be appreciated. More ????s to come I'm sure as the build progresses.
