Doubler benefits? 241 vs 203

Hey guys. I have a 4 speed that came out of a 91 dually, and as far as I know it has an NP241 T-case with it. I bought this while over here in Iraq and had a buddy pick it up for me. I am gathering parts for my return home build, and I plan to run the SM465, but trying to decide on my doubler. I have seen the 241/ NP205 doubler's, as well as the 203/205 doubler.
which is stronger?
which is a lower low/low?
any other benefits to one or the other?

What SHOULD my spline count be on the 465? and aside from drilling/ tapping the case any other mods have to be done to the 203 for mounting?

Also, I already have a 32spline 203 off of my TH400 and the t-case (241?) that came with my 4 speed.

Thanks for the input guys. Keep it coming.
so the TH400 203 input should match up to the 465 output with no issues length wise? I have the adapter off of the back of the 465, but like the idea of being able to choose rather I want to mount it to my TH400, or the SM465.

With the 241/205, you get 4 whole extra gears.

With my set up, I usually only use 1st/lo/lo (173:1) going down tough spots.

Depending on who I'm wheeling with (Jeeps or Toyotas) determines if I use the 241 or 205 low. (64:1/86:1)

2nd/low/low is awesome (94:1) to have as well.
