I found someone selling Creepy Crawlers in europe! Woohoo:smokin:!
Size is 37x14.5-16
Any downsides on putting them on 7" steel rims, with weld-on beadlocks they should become 8".. ?
Don't really feel like buying new rims, these tires are expensive enough already:shaking: .
Since you're running beadlocks, I'll assume you'll be running very low pressure.
You should be good. The tires would wear heavy in the center at normal pressure, on the street. Any pics of your rig??
Not running beadlocks yet.. I'll fix those up before I mount the tires. That was the plan, to be able to run real low pressures. I've never run such tires before so I've got no experience with that. From what I've seen and read something like 3psi shouldn't be much of an issue.
If I run fairly low pressures on the street that should help out with more or less even tire wear shouldn't it? Low as in 15-20psi..
Thanks!
That top pic is taken near where I live, second one in the Alps in France, the last one in Belgium in an offroad park.
Those are plain and ordinary 255/85-16 KM2's (33x10.5 in proper measurements)
