Just got done helping install a 9inch skyjaker lift on my buddys 1978 bronco. He decided to take out the 4speed tranny and install a c6 with his 205. While installing the front driveline tonight ran into a snag. The driveline is hitting the tranny pan. Do we need to clock the transfer case down to clear it or is there a different adapter? He had the fourspeed and 205. Bought a c6 matted to a 203 and combined the c6/205. Any help would be awsome

there were 2 different adapters for the c6 there is several inches difference in the length of them. I am having trouble picturing in my head how the driveshaft can hit the trans pan though unless something is out of alignment..... Unhook the dang track bar and see if the driveshaft will fit then, if the axle is pulled to the passenger side that may cause the issue.
