Your google-foo sucks. I assume you are working on a doubler?

Also good reading (mostly Chevy 205, but has other info, too)

In case someone stumbles on this in a future search, some of the Dodge information is incorrect.

The NP203 was used in Ramchargers and Traildusters from '73-'79 but in trucks from '74-'79. All pickups in '74 and prior use a divorced case, the NP205 from '70/'71-'74 on ALL trucks.

The mated NP205 was used from '80 to '93 on 3/4 and 1 ton trucks that were equipped with the Dana 60 front axle only. All D44 equipped models used the NP208 from '80-'87 and the NP241 from '88-'93.

All Dodge mated NP205s use the typical 6 bolt pattern though some people for some odd reason seem to think that the adaptor is not part of the transfer case so that tends to confuse the issue. There have been a few Dodge trucks in the "full time era" that were equipped with the NP205 but these were usually W450 heavy ambulance or fire trucks, were not regular production and not something you will run into very often.
