Read the FAQ of how to post pics, it says "you need a red star to post pics." Well, I'm $20 lighter in the pocket, now what? I don't see a gallery or upload option.

Somebody kick me in the head and tell me where I can load pics to.

try a free host, like yahoo, and others. Then link to the picture in your post. Or, get your own website and host the pictures there.

EDIT: WTF???you have a red star, looks like you are not the cheapskate you claim to be...

when you get to the reply or post screen you will notice some buttons above the typing screen. the IMG button allows you to insert pics, however, they need to be hosted somewhere that will allow posting in webpages (webshots, yahoo etc.... do not allow it). Try freepichosting.com

Yea, I got of ton of really helpful Toyota info, so I felt compelled to donate some bodily fluids to get funds for the red star.

Upload to an other host and use IMG tags or upload them in the testing forum and use img tags.
