Square Tubing measurment
I'm looking for the inside measurment of a 3" wide square tube. It has 3/16" walls. What I don't know is - is the standard way to measure it 3" inside, or 3" outside? I can go from there.
I assume it is an outside measurment of 3". that would mean that the inside is 2 5/8". Looks like I answered it myself, but I'm still uncertain of the way it's measured. Thanks! |
