Tj auto to 300

What is involved in puting a dana 300 to a 4 cylander automatic TJ?

A clocking ring and install it. Had a D300 behind my 94 YJ auto (999) same thing.

Not only will you need a clocking ring (unless you plan to trim your tranny output shaft) you need to purchase a flip kit from Down East Offroad, or build one yourself - unless you're planning an axle swap that involves a pass. drop diff. There is a good bit of info here on the board for doing the swap. I swapped a 300 into my XJ, and there's a good bit of time and effort involved.
