You talking about just pulling the shafts and disassembling the hubs? You only need to drain the diff if your getting into the diff.

If your rebuilding, your going to want to change the fluid anyway.

yep just redoing the hubs up. diff fluid was changed pretty recently. thanks for the info

if u are just redoin wheel bearings and that stuff u dont need to drain the fluid.
