I have a 98 Jeep Wrangler/Buggy. I have built my own dash etc. and looking at gauges from autometer. I've seen a lot of people doing this with other gauges beside autometer. Can just about any gauge work as long as the gauge is made for the application? Looking at the Carbon Fiber Series from autometer.

if its made for the application then you should be fine. i like the nos gauge

check out egauges.com for a vast selection. any gauge will work with the specific senders and correct info on the gauge face. no general application like 94 jeeps use such and such. get an electric temp gauge and mount the sender and wire the plug up. not too bad.

I already have a digital temp gauge installed. Best thing I did last year.
