CJ Pwr Brake MC ?

I swapped a YJ master cylinder and booster onto a CJ. New brake lines and rear wheel cylinders, used proportioning valve. When the pedal is depressed (kinda like me after too much time in the garage) a guiser of brake fluid shoots out the rear fluid resviour of the MC. Has anyone seen this before? Its a remanufactured MC and booster. I wouldn't care except the brakes feel like there's air in the system. I bled the brakes (beginning with the frt) numerous times and there are no leaks - thoughts? Bad MC plunger? Proportioning valve adjustment?
Thx,
Ryan

The part of the master cylinder doing this indicates air in that half of the system. Say you have air in the rear brakes, the piston is travelling full stroke causing this. Get rid of the air in the rears in this case.
