I just put my new 8.8 in my garage It will take a little time to grind, build tabs and install. I'm trying to round up all the parts i'll need for the swap, will I need to change the master cylinder?? If you know of any other parts to get it would be helpful ??

thanx

P.S. 94 wrangler,4 pooper,sye,4 linkrear,35" x terrain's, and soon 8.8 rear.

Just did this myself; Get the M.O.R.E. kit for the 8.8. They provide all the mounts you need to convert the 8.8 to your rig. YOu will need a U joint adapter, that is also provided by M.O.R.E., along with the emergency brake cable. Master cylinder does not need to be changed. Don't weld the tubes to the 3rd member; from what I understand, it causes leaks and other problems.

Could you elaborate? I've never heard any mention of this.

Someone is taking you on a trip down the misinformation highway. Weld 4 each 1'' welds good and hot around each tube. Stu-offroad.com has a write-up I think.
