Cool Need help picking the right lift!

I bought a 02 TJ a few months ago and now want to start doing some light to moderate 4 wheeling, nothing to extreme. I am thinking of a 2" lift and keeping my stock 30/9.5/r15 on until they go bad and getting 31/10.5/r15. I was thinking of Procomp's 2 inch lift but read here that there metal sucks. Also I heard that if you stay under 2" that you will not have drive train vibrations and if you go up to say 2.5 or 3 you will. The only other kit I really found was at www.rustyoffroad.com. But the shocks look crappy, this is my daily driver so I would like to get better shocks. And is there any real diff between new coils and coil spacers? By budget is about 300-400$
