Coil over springs

I need help with dual rate coil over spring selection. I'm sure the information I need is on here somewhere but with the search disabled it'll take weeks to find it.

2 inch diameter 16 inch travel coil overs for a Jeep TJ. About 6+ish inches of lift. Coil overs are for the front so what rate springs do I need? I'd guess my vehicle dead weight to be 4500lbs with an un sprung weight of 1000lbs total.

I dunno....needs lots of help with this one.

Thanks

Once there was an excel table floating around on here that would calculate multiple spring rates for you... If you dont want to do that give polyperformace and call... www.polyperformance.com
