I have a 99 dakota 4x4 with rear drums.When slowing down at 10 mph and under,the passenger rear drum makes an very loud howling noise intermittently until i come to a complete stop.I have replaced the shoes,drums and hardware.After replacing all this the noise returned in about a week.Wheel cylinder appears in good shape.Any ideas?
