Currently have a BW1345 sitting behind the C6 in my Jeep. This weekend I got a line on a Ford NP203 for free. Since all Ford TCs have the same input I was thinking of putting the BW behind the 203. I understand that the BW is not as strong as the 205 but it is what I have annnd it has much better low range.

Anyone have experience with this configuration?

Thanks.

You got a red star, use it.
Check your spline counts, according to this thread, some are 31 input and 32 spline output, The thread satrts off witha a 208 question but about half way down mentions the 203. http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=250644&highlight=doubler

Also check with D.D. Machine he makes a Ford "Box-for-Rocks" doubler for BW cases, he might be able to tell you if the 203 would work.

I think you misunderstood me; I am aware that the Ford 208, 203, 205, 1345, etc have the same input spline count @ 31. My specific question is using the BW1345 in place of the 205 in a 203/205 config. Thus the 203 would be used as the range box. Any experience there?

Thanks for the links
