I have a waggy d44 in the front of my nissan. I have a bad camber problem, top of my tires lean in, I believe this is negative? Anyways, someone told me I could adjust, but it would affect my pinion angle.

I have 8 degrees castor, knuckles have not been rotated but I am willing to do it.

I have new BJ's all around, and no play in the bearings or steering. I do have bumpsteer but I am sure its because my panhard isnt perfect.

It's "camber". Caster is what will affect your pinion angle if changed without turning the knuckles, not camber. On a sfa, camber is pretty much set because unlike IFS, the Inner C's aren't adjustable. But you can get offset upper bj sleeves to change it. There likely isn't a problem anyway though...
