Are the brake components interchangeable in these axles?

In otherwords, if I have a Ford drum brake front solid axle dana 44, can the parts (caliper mounting plate and hub) from a Ford TTB Dana 44 be used to convert it to disc brakes?

No.

The caliper brackets are part of the IFS knuckle, and the knuckle will not swap.
