could somone cut and machine aluminum
im making an intake manifold for a project and i just dont have the tools and no local shop here.. All i would need are the parts cut and machined i will pay for the metal used and your time. This is what im thinkin http://www.galantvr4.org/ubbthreads/...page=0&fpart=1 lmk if you could help me

Do you happen to have a tig welder and really the performance gains from something like this won't be seen unless you have some serious turbo upgrades.

i know this.. the setup on the car is a pte 60-1 turbo (little bigger than 57 trim)880 inj, 3.5 full exhaust..shit loads more but thats all that realy matters

Why don't you just buy the manifold from Magnus? Its plenty good and it'll end up being half the price. I understand the whole "do it yourself" thing but farming out all the work kinda shoots that down.
