Universal motor mounts for a 350
Can anyone suggest some decent, inexpensive universal type motor mounts for a chevy 350? I am swapping in a 350 in my 88 Toyota and need some sort of motor mount. I'd like to be able to mount it anywhere I want. I'd like to keep the trans in the stock location if at all possible, or move it back in inch or so.
What do you think about these mounts..... http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku ![]() Looks like it would be easy to mount, but do you think that one bolt mount deal would be strong enough? My 350 will be a stock type build, no more than 250hp. I've seen some round bushing style mounts out there. Where can I get a cheap set of those? Thanks!

Thanks for the help guys. I found these mounts from http://www.diy4x.com/engine.htm
![]() I bought just the engine brackets, bolts, and bushings as shown for $50, and I'm going to fab up the legs and frame mount using some square tube and plate I have laying around. Here's the mounts on a tube buggy. Mine will be the same except I will have square tube instead of round from the mount to the frame.
