What transfercase should I use behind a TH350 in a Jeep YJ?
Currently running a small block chevy with NV4500 and 231 case, thinking of swapping to a TH350, what transfer case is easiest (read CHEAPEST and BEST) to use?

Easiest, cheapest and probably the strongest would be the NP205. You can get them stock behind a TH350, gear driven, usually only 100-200 bucks, twin stickable with both kits and DIY. Only minuses may be extra weight, only a 2:1 low, may be longer and you may need a clocking ring (but they are cheap).
You can fix the 2:1 low with either new gears or a doubler in the future.
