wheels/tires
Am looking at the same issue kind of. I have an 85' x-cab, on 31x10.50 now and I think the rims are 7''. Anyhow I want to run 32x11.50 next time, if I can. Stock height. I am looking at buying 15x8s but unsure of backspacing, I want to run, I thought 3.75 bs was stock on these yotas? Am I wrong? So a 2.5'' Backspacing will put the tires out further? and more strain on bearings correct, maybe 3.75'' stock will be fine with 1'' tall tire

really a 7'' will fit the 11.50 ? not according to websites of the tires websites, maybe I could try it. I just want 15x8s for new wheels and an uprgrade when I go bigger over time.
Can anyone else help me with backspacing on this rig? |

The websites are for maximum road life. for off-road,
there is a margin that can be used. if you are replacing rims anyway, get the 8s, they will be better down the road. |
