05 4X4 Yukon XL 5.3 Anything to beaware of? Any good ideas?

chevy's have solid axles and full steel bodies.

X2....the biggest turd is the IFS. If you plan any wheeling in it, carry tierod end links and tools or solid axle swap it. And while you are at it, swap in the 4l80e.

Ditto on the 4l60 to 4l80, done been through 3 trannies on my 03. Also just had to replace the instrument cluster, lights stayed on and half the gauges quite working. The 5.3 at around 300 hp is impressive though.
