cherokee help
i'm looking at getting a 94 cherokee with about a 3inch lift and 31s on it for a daily driver. when i drove it, it had a noise coming from the front end. kinda a clicking/clunking noise. it did it after i got up to speed, ujoints felt tight. didn't sound/feel real serious just want to fix it if i get it. what ya think hub assembly, axle, gears, all the above? also it has the crappy intrument panel w/o tach and has warning lights instead of gauges can this be swapped easily to the other style cluster. thanks for any advice

Does it have an axle disconnect, maybe a malfunction there. Try checking the bushings on your control arms, swaybar .......... basically every thing up front. Maybe ball joints, unit bearings .... the list goes on I guess your best off to just start checking everything up front.
