coilover ?
I'm new to coilovers and I'm getting ready to make the mounts for my coilovers. When the coilover is at ride height how much squat will they have from full extension? Is there a formula for this, or do they stay fully extended at ride height and really only have up travel? Doesn't seem right, but maybe I just don't understand.
Thanks Adam

I don't know much about coilovers, but I do know that generally most people run them with more down travel than up travel.
think about it, if your COs are always fully extended, it'll ride like a brick and won't articulate well.

Thats what I thought but I don't want to be bottoming them out all the time either. the truck is a mud/monster truckand it will see some air once in a while. I wasn't sure if there was a formula for figuring it out or if you set it up for a certain amount of extension.
