if you can find an 8 lug dana 44 or GM 10 bolt axle, grab everything from the knuckles out and swap it over.

I know there is a step by set wright up on how to do this and what is used. It might be here on pirate. If not I'm pretty sure its on fullsizebronco.
But basically its exactly what gmctruxrule said.

If I remember right, you can not use any of the ttb 50 stuff.

TTB stuff will not work on a SA D44, if i remember right from my research when i was gonna do the swap the TTB 44 and a SA D44 were almost completly different other than the carrier.

i know the breaks and all wont swao though..

TTB 44 and solid axle 44 parts are not interchangeable.

A TTB 50 will however, interchange a few parts, hubs, lockouts with the Dana 60.
