what is the easiest 4.3 to weir up???
what is the easiest 4.3 to hook up? the TBI/DPI?? shit i don't even know what they are called
iv got a 4.3 in my rig now but its got a carb on it. id like to be able to head up hills with out stalling, but i suck bad with weirs....thanks newbie helpers

you still have to deal with wee-irs with TBI. theres so much info on wee-iring on this website that it shouldnt be a problem. wee-irs arent that big a deal. buy a soldering gun. thats pronounced "saw-dering" gun. you use it to connect wee-irs

If you decide you don't want to fool with fuel injection then try a Motorcraft 2100 carb. Properly setup, they will run at any angle you would most likely want to tackle. I can lean my rig over so far it feels like it is about to tip, or go up hills where the front wheels feel like they are going to lift off the ground and it never misses a beat.
Fuel injection is nice of course, but even for tbi you will need a few sensors, a higher pressure fuel pump, some wiring, and maybe get your computer reprogrammed. Not that hard, but it will probably end up costing you some time and money. |
