Steering Wheel Type
Hey Everyone,
I haven't found an answer to this question by searching, so I thought I'd throw it out for discussion. I am going to replace the hard plastic aftermarket steering wheen on the 1971 Bronco I am putting back in shape. There are a lot of different choices.... I know some wheels sold by Bronco speciality shops are leather-wrapped. I'm not sure if this would be best when most of my driving will be off-road. Grant offers a lot of different combinations (polyurethane/leather, leather, leather/vinyl, foam, vinyl/polyurethane, vinyl, rubber, polyurethane, suede/leather and suede). I want something that will hold up to sweat and dirt, and have good grip under those circumstances. Any thoughts? Thanks Jeff |
