Some time you do have to start from both ends. It does not matter if it is vertical or horizontal. There is a option for that in Bend-Tech and I have had to use it more than once. I also use a POP Point Of Plain) bracket on the back of the tube. This will in sure that you are not rotating the tube while you feed the tube for the next bend. Cris from Bend-Tech orders about 100 a year from us. We sell them for $15. I can start a tread to go into more detail if needed.

|swyman||I ordered the Pro-32 and it was shipped with another models (too short) bolts. TMI sent the correct ones out right away and I have since started using. I will say I am not sure if I like a vertical bender, I am having trouble keeping tube in line while making multiple bends. If I bend a 45 I can't get a level on it vertically to make sure it stays plumb and so far have tried to eye ball it and is just not an accurate enough way for me to do it. Anyone have any good suggestions? Seems to be a nice bender but I just think a horizontal would be easier? Here is a pic of the problem I had building my first frame rail. I will have to put the bender on top of the weld table to make the last 45* bend. I am using Bend-tech and tried to use the standard bend sequence. Maybe if I had worked my way out from the center I could have completed it?|

if your talking about the tracking number from when the bender, hydraulic jack, stand ect ect was shipped out... it was not in any of the boxes. unless you tried shipping a different one after the fact.
that was when i first contacted you about the knob.
this seems really difficult to sort out for a stupid ass knob. which is why i gave up the first time i inquired.

It was sent USPS and it was delivered. I can post the tracking information but that will also post your address that we do not give out. If you are implying that you did not get it you would have to take that up with USPS. The Tracking number was given to you when the package was shipped.

I didn't read everything above except the first couple posts.
I ordered the pro bender 3. looks ok haven't used it yet.
my issue is i payed for an extra $15 aluminum machined knob to release valve pressure.
not a critical part, but i payed for it none the less and its on my receipt.
called and emailed the guy many times asking if he could send me another as I am 100% positive it wasn't in any of the boxes.
i even ripped through my garbage to check the boxes again.
He told me no it should be in the boxes and to call back if I cant find it.
No luck. I payed about 400 in brokerage fees to get this thing across the border and i could have just gotten a JD2 right here in town.
I guess once they get the money it doesn't matter anymore.
any ways I still want my little aluminum knob that i payed for. I believe the guys name is ROB i spoke to about 15 times calling and email.

After reading this there is no doubt in my mind that both of these guy's probably got talked to like dogs on the phone when they called with a problem. But I get it, you just sell the product right? No reason you should have to deal with problems, just tell the customer to go pack sand

My situation was over a year ago, probably even more, and am not going to pursue having the problem taken care of any longer. I got fucked, and that isn't going to change. I hoped that the company would straiten their shit out and act professionally in the future, but it's pretty clear that isn't going to happen. They will just continue to fuck over customers who are willing to give them a chance.
I'd just like to let others know about the fucking they are likely to receive. Don't expect what you order to show up, and when you offer the company a chance to make it right, they will attack you personally and continually tell you that its your fault they didn't feel like sending the right stuff.

My problem was resolved yes, but now someone else is dealing with the same issue does this not seem valid to you? I understand your position seeing as though you probably have a pro bender and that's fine but let the man tell his side to help others. My problem had nothing to do with FED-EX or HF. My problem was with you sending me a product other than I ordered and payed for and you not doing shit about it other than telling me off. My problem was STRICTLY a management issue.
Thanks for deleting my post without reason or notice. I didn't know it was against the rules to mention a bad seller, but all cool for a seller to lie about his business practices.
