renolaw Sharpie, I like it. Some will say good operator practice is to recite the other call and your call in the right order , which makes sense when establishing contact. Or closing a QSO. Iirc, the rules only require you to ID. Oftentimes on a run, such as last w/e we had a huge number if hams, some well known and a few guests. Constant trail chatter (we use low power simplex) lends itself to a more casual, informal exchange and we just remember to ID under the 10 minute rule. No way I'm remembering all their call signs, so round table style chatting as ur driving we usually do a group ID. Aka roll call. One will ID and everyone chimes in.

Then there are the guys that insist giving their call sign at every tx and redundantly add "for ID".
When I'm on HF I do, however, give both mine and other stations call.

Hijack over. Thanks for the list; I did print and put in jeep when were down rubicon way.

R290 I stopped updating the list as it was getting pretty big.

I'm sure some on here know a lot of people and have just download an app on there ph to keep track of all the call signs.
I write them with a sharpie on my door jam
