Boomtacoma01 The 5.3 and new backhalf should work nicely. Nice Job.

BSI Yota The TC gen3 kit works pretty dang well. There's a lot of badass racers that have been pounding that kit for years.

That being said it will be the next thing to go but only after I get some serious miles out of it. We'll see how crazy I get but I'm toying with the idea of a ultra 4 inspired 4wd IFS. But the other part of me wants to do a center mounted pro2 style front end and get the truck super super low.

But I get pretty excited thinking about having all that power and suspension in the snow on some 37s or 40s.

Rear end is now a full floater 40 spline 9 inch with a ruff stuff housing, and I would run a modified GM 9.25 front diff with all new a arm pivots with superduty unit bearing hubs on a fabbed spindle. I could ramble on all day lol

timmaytoyota Nice👍🏻👍🏻. I'm actually surprised your still using the total chaos front suspension. I guess if it ain't broke don't fix it.

BSI Yota Updated my other build so I figured why not come update this one too.

Since the last post I have started but not finish a 5.3/th400 swap and a whole new backhalf.

BSI Yota The truck all prepped for its last desert trip. The truck did amazing up until the tundra rear end gave up. Broke both shafts and broke the carrier. Time a built 35 spline ford 9.

BSI Yota Some recent progress deserves an update I suppose.

Stevsie Lookin good none the less

Stevsie Funny how you look over the little things when your doing the major stuff. Like throwing duel cases in and never even looking at the clutch and having it go out a week after.

BSI Yota Been jammin on this thing like crazy.

Finally figured out why this thing was running so shitty. New plug wires and now she runs like a raped ape.

Recent updates: driveline finished, brake lines finished, new Pierburge fuel pump with nylon brained lines and Peterson filter, all new brake lines, power steering, limit straps, skid plate and rad mounts are getting laser cut, the sickest shackles ever created are in the works, lots of new hardware. Just need to finish some electrical and get the proper sending units for the gauges and we'll be out testing.
