IH 304 Engine

Hi guys, I have an IH 304 that's coming out of my Scout, for sale or trade. Nothing fancy on it, I put a new starter, mech fuel pump, spark plugs and spark plug wires. Was running & driving when we started pulling it out, I think the carb could use a cleaning. Sounded like there was a tick of some kind coming from lower in the block on the driver side, seemed to stop when pulling the #5 plug wire. I only drove it once before tearing it down, so I don't know much more.

Located in Menifee, CA. I currently have no way to deliver it. Make me an offer. I'm looking to join the "slap a 350 in a Scout" club, so whatever cash I can put toward that helps. Thanks!

desertscouts OK I've started in a clear direction and these parts are not in the mix.

A 3" show bar that bolts to the step in the bed......$50.00 will not ship.

A set of slider windows for a S80/800...1 side has plexi windows in it, but they are flat glass and can be used for templates to have some cut....NO LOCKS on either side....$50.00 will ship on your dime.

Scout_800 I have a great project going that I need to sell. It started out a 1967 International Harvester Scout 800 with a 152 4cyl. 90% finished. I just don’t have the time to work on it since we had kids and I work all the time. I have the title, and all the receipts, photos, everything documented. You can look up the prices, I got pretty good deals on everything. I’m trying to get a fair price, and hopefully you end up with an awesome Scout.

62 Scout 80

Dad is getting rid of his scout. It has about 6 hours on the trail since completed. What you see is what you get. It was purpose built, trail rig. Below is a link to the build and it looks the same (plus a little dust from sitting in the garage).

Price is $13,000 obo. Text me with any questions.

WTB: 80 Windshield

I'm looking for a fold down windshield with good glass.
Surface rust is fine, as long as the hinge works.
Located in Norcal.
Cheap as possible. (have knick nacks to trade: 80 dash parts:gauges, knobs, etc, misc lights/lenses, joints, DSs etc).

I have a 304 engine I pulled and disassembled to rebuild last winter. Ended up finding a 392 to use instead so this has just been sitting. I've got everything bagged and tagged, ready for a good cleaning and machine work. If any one is interested in it let me know. Located in Everett, WA area.

Looking for a straight windshield frame in decent condition in the north seattle area. Preferably with glass.

carnuck '68 Travelall 4x4 body. Needs some work but a good starting point. I pulled the motor last year and planned to replace it but we had a landslide here and I was blocked from access since Feb till 2 months ago. I'm pretty much done with wrenching these days so I'm getting rid of the last pf my projects. Asking $2,000 but open to offers. I had planned to put in an AMC 290/TH400 and run the IH divorced case. (originally BG241 4 speed)
I have a Jeep front axle with better steering set up (Ross box is scary/shot) and a Ford power steering box to go with. Currently 4.10s with Ford wheels.

Located north of Seattle. Would like to sell before it's snowed in.

I have a small pile of parts from another rig to go with, including OEM grill and fenders.
