He cut the boggers cause they offer VERY LITTLE lateral stability stock. Kinda like a dozers' tacks. If you try to drive a dozer on the side of a hill it will slide sideways down the hill; cause the no lateral stability(only 1 "biting edge"). By cutting the boggers' lugs that gives you many more edges that can grab if you start to slide sideways.
*Plus the carcass will conform to rocks better with the lugs cut.

|Midget28||Ths thing is pimp why did you cut the boggers though? Ive seen one set of 54" boggers in person and they didnt look like cutting the other treads would help the depth issue.|

|sugar creek boy||yea I had tabs welded on with clips holding the hard line on each end of the link, but havn't put them back on until testing is done. (may have to move something again on this pig). All front brackets are on gotta buildnew bumpstops for the air bumps and relocate air bumps, hope to test this weekend,going to gorilla run next weekend in hot springs.|

I cant help but notice that you have the brake lines zip tied to your control arms. I did that to my Tj and ripped em off and let me tell you NO BRAKES SUCKS!
I ended up using some SS hose clamps. Cheap so you can put 5 of em on each arm and a hell of a lot more reliable than zip ties.

|sugar creek boy||fast system tuned itself, and it is stupid strong and fast thats why I'm changing the links it was over powering chassis with the link bars to short it would raise the chassis and blow the tires off through all three gears. Hopefully getting front done by the weekend then more testing. Got to get it going soon I'm losing patience with it and a buddy in texas is dying for me to get mad and sell or trade it again.|
