Assuming this is for a Titan yes? The install instructions don't call for a drive shaft spacer. You might need to shim the rear depending on how severe the DS angle is.
I know on the Xterra's that once you get to a certain level of lift in the back you need like 3 degree shims to get the pinion angle right. Not positive on the Titan.
EDIT: I did a little more research and some guys with the Titan running a 6" kit are using a drive shaft spacer.
yes its for the titan. now the rear driveshaft hits under the body hard accelration? Any one else have this problem?
