Nissan Frontier 4x4 Crank Position Sensor
Hi All, Pirate Newbie here, trying to replace the Crank Position Sensor in my 2001 Frontier4x4. (3.3L)
I keep reading threads on this and other forums saying where it is, that it's one bolt and anywhere from easily done in 5 minutes to difficult but definitely doable. Is there anyone out there on this forum who has actually done one? If so, did you get to it from the the bottom or through the engine bay? I think I've located it looking down from the engine bay but can't figure out a way to reach it from any angle. Any words of wisdom/insight are GREATLY appreciated. |

I changed mine on my 98 pathfinder 3.3 and it was a m'fer.to get to . I did mine from the driver side bottom it's up on a bell housing bolt. Of all things I actually used a wrench to get the bolt and cover off I think it was harder to get the new one back in. good luck if you need any help just ask I will assist if I can !!!
