quick bed measurement
Trying to find the length from the front of the bed to the front of the wheel opening on an extended cab truck. The distance looks to be shorter than the standard cab truck, but I don't have an ex-cab bed here to measure.

King cab and regular cab beds are different.

Figured, was trying to figure out by how much. Going to be putting an x-cab on mine trying to figure out where I'll be taking the added length out to keep my same overall length. I was going to bob the bed, but might be nice to start with an x-cab bed to keep the wheel base down.

Just for future reference, these are HB beds. Not exact but to the best I could guesstimate!!
X-CAB - Front of tire 15" - Rear of tire 28" - Overall 76.5" Reg Cab - Front of tire 18" - Rear of tire 24.75" - Overall 76"
