Compression for propane

I have a 1984 z24 motor that needs higher compression for propane. Looking to get around 11:1. Is it possible to do so by machining the head, will the valves clear? Also, I heard I need to change the valve seats? and seals to properly handle the dryness of propane. Anyone knows where to get some?

Thank you! I go the truck down to engine and frame can't wait to finish the damn thing and go wheeling!!!!!
