2000 Xterra, Broken rear leaf spring pack in GDL

My 2000 xterra with over 230K miles is down in guadalajara and one of the leafs in the drivers rear pack has broken.

Does anyone know another leaf from another nissan or vehicle that will fit and especially that a mechanic down there can put into the pack ?

Its is US xterra not a mexican one if that makes any difference.

I am looking for an easy and cheap way out so that I do not have to get one from a yard here in Colorado and ship it down.

George

Is it the main leaf? If not you could probably take the broken leaf out, tighten down the u bolts, and limp it home.

I do not know for sure if its not the main leaf, the problem was described to me over the phone. The vehicle is used down there every day by my kids and we cannot do without it.
At this point I need to get it looked at and do not feel like driving another vehicle down.
