I've got a 94 Hardbody with 2.5 suspension and 3 body lift. I'm running 35x12.5x15. For the life of me I can't keep the front end aligned. Is there a kit I can buy to fix this, or is that just too much tire for the front suspension to handle. I'm getting ready to do a SAS in a couple of months, but I don't want to keep wearing out my front tires if I don't have to.
You won't ever keep it in alighnment. I could never with 33's. Between T-bars settling, tie rods bending, bushings wearing out, and upper control arm bolts pulling out of the frame.
Either spend the money on a Calmini steering upgrade and keep it IFS or do a SAS.
When you do decide to do the SAS... that is if you do it, let me know what you plan on doing with your IFS parts.
