I don't know what this is, but I'm pretty sure I want it

Talo posted this on their Facebook yesterday. Sheriff length Super Blackhawk. They didn't post the caliber. Hoping like heck it's a .41 or a .475. I won't bother if it's a .44 or .45. Single action CCW FTW.

All it needs is a Bisley gripframe and it would be perfect.

Would also be cleaner without the adjustable sights

I would flute the cylinder, make some skeletonized aluminum panels, and rock that OWB...

That's why I am thinking it's a big bore. Usually they flute the smaller ones. I debated a Vaquero in cross draw but I can't find anything except my winter coat that will hide it.

I like the solid cylinders. A few more ounces isn't hurting anything.

Why flute the cylinder?
Not being critical, just curious.

Maybe I get bad luck, but Talo guns are pretty but I think they buy the 2nd hand f'd up stuff from manufacturers. I've had problems with all their stuff

A tad less weight, but mainly because I like the way it looks.

Agreed

My first Ruger had a fluted cylinder, and since then every ruger i have acquired gets a fluted cylinder.

Exactly. The weight would not matter much until you fire it. I like the look of solid cylinders. Looks custom.

Most of the standard SBH are unfluted. So a fluted one would look more "custom" to someone who knows what they're looking at.

The one I posted has a 3.75" barrel. It's all speculation until SHOT, really.

The one you posted is a 4 5/8" barrel, the one I posted is a 3 3/4" barrel. Subtle difference, but a relevant one.
