range tactical vest

So I like to go to the range and shoot like many of you. Between ar15 mags mini 14 mags 1911 mags shotgun shells and eblocs its getting to be a bitch to organize and carry stuff. Up to now I have avoided a vest but I am finally giving in.
so how do you accomplish this without looking like a douchebag gay dull blade. And since I am tired of watching money fly out of my ass where and what you buy?

I just use 2 50 cal ammo cans, easy to see what needs replenishing and cheap. Also work great to keep the target stand from taking off in the gale force gusts the range here is prone to.

Totally forgot about voodoo tactical I have some of there stuff now. Anyone running this. I was thinking light, breathable yet still able to hold mags. I am more concerned with clutter there are a lot of thieves out there if you leave it laying around it will be gone.

You need to carry mags to the range, and you are seriously looking at buying a piece of shit chest rig that even most airsofters wouldn't be caught dead wearing?

Just buy a range bag or admit that you just want to buy gear.

The issue is your hands are full with stuff already and I would like to not leave anything on the ground just laying around. The vests seem to be the way to go for me. I have been using ammo cans and cases but it gets bulky quick. The range I go to is packed all the time and small so walking through the crowd waiting can be a pita.

I have somewhat of a range bag already and its a pita because I am always looking to set it down somewhere so it can disappear. I came out of the closet along time ago. Looking gay is not accurate to describe. Looking like your grandpa with his black socks on walking around in his underwear and those suspender things that hold his socks up is what I am trying to avoid. Bottom line I am a little guy I hats carrying crap because I am lazy and I hate looking for crap too. I want it near, fast, available, and carried by my back and shoulders.

Actually I moved I am in carlsbad now near camp pendleton there are a lot of marines wearing those faggy vests already thats how I got the idea. Just not sure what works and what doesn't. Either way there is no denying they are gay its just which is least gay I guess

My most commonly used one is an old Danish haversack that came free with some sten kits I bought from Tapco years ago.
