if i could do a $250 or even as low as $200 dueling tree what would you want im thinking 4 feet tall, 6 paddles, 4 inch diameter made from 3/8 ar500 and stand any ideas?

would it be possible to include a set of light duty paddles that could be put on to shoot with .22? or will the 3/8" plate be light enough for a .22 to swing it?

the one i shot on a .22 would get it about 3/4 of the way. but that might be beacause it was old, rusty, and very used

Some sort of extension piece to move the paddles higher in the air? Say, like a 2ft extension at the base so that the paddles would be from 2ft to 6ft high?

Shipping to MD would kill it for me... But it sounds like a pretty good deal if it can take centerfire pistol from 10yds or so.

These going to stick to the diy theme? Most of us ( well, except for Numidian) can weld and source tubing or pipe. So if you provide the swingers and instructions, it can be a bit cheaper overall, and save shipping stuff most of us already have laying around.

my brother and i were talking about buying one the other day, and cost was the only thing holding us back.

if you can put together a DIY kit for under $300, and it works, put me down for one.

will have a working unit this week and i will post pics it will be well under $300 my target is $200 to $250 and be able to ship in 1 tube and a flat rate box
