FFL Gurus
I found a screaming deal on a gun online. I am in TN right now (with a CO drivers license) for work, can I have it sent to a FFL here in TN and still pick it up with a CO license?

Yes.

In most free states, out of state residents are able to buy/transfer rifles and shotguns. Not handguns.

Just make sure the FFL knows ahead of time. A couple of ours don't want to transfer anything to out of staters. They just tell them it isn't legal.

very good point.

I hate... HATE... getting random firearms in the mail with out any paperwork. I still have two guns in the safe (3 years now?) and have no idea who it is for.

I bought my last pistol online and when I went to the store to let them know the guy said "That happens all the time. You don't have to come tell us." I would think that a shop would like to know they had a gun is being shipped to them but I guess I was wrong.

No. There are clear laws about being in possession of unclaimed property. As long as the owner hasn't been in contact, or actively looking, they become property of the person possessing them. Time period varies by state.
