I'm launching a new venture making Billet AR15 80% lower receivers. Our website is www.billet80.com. It's up and running!

To kick things off, I'm going to do a giveaway for 1 80% blem lower and 1 jig set.

I should have non-blems within a few months but for now, i've got to move these.

Giveaway details:

1. You must reply to this thread saying that you want in
2. You must register on our website at Billet Rifle Systems and agree to receive the newsletter (change your preferences later if you don't care to receive info from me)
3. You must have a mill or access to a mill to finish this thing so you can can finish it and post up pictures once complete. (please don't submit if you don't have access to a mill as I'd like to see the winner be able to complete their lower sooner rather than later...)
4. I'll draw a random number on November 3rd and notify the winner via this thread. If the winner doesn't respond to the thread in 24 hours of my post, I'll draw again.

Also, if you buy one from the other thread and you end up winning, i'll refund the $ or you can have both!

Works for me... I tried that once but it sucked, but I'm probably less skilled with a drill press than the average person though.

Don't forget to register for the website people... if your number is pulled and your not signed up, it would suck to be you.

I'm in!!!! Registered on the site. Have a mill and would LOOOOOVE to give this a go! Haven't done much at all on it as I just got it this past summer and am still tooling up.

I'd be a GREAT candidate for a regular schmoe garage builder demo/trial guinea pig!!! Wait....are we suppose to campaign for this?

I did one on a drill press.
Easy. Not pretty on the inside, but works great.
Took a long time, but that was mostly due to being on crutches while recovering from back surgery.
