Aftermarket 10/22 Sights-Tech Sights-
What do you all think of these??
![]() I would be getting this AR-style, with the two different size aperatures. ![]() I've been looking for some better sights, probably since the day I bought the rifle. I figured I'd eventually end up with a scope, but really like the iron sights on it. I saw these on Shooting USA today and really like them. Best of all you can get an adpater for the front of a .920 barrel, so it's win-win for me. I've wanted to upgrade, but didn't want to switch to the scope to get the bigger barrel. I think I'll have to be getting a set of these!! They also make sights for the SKS as well. Tech Sights

I like a well defined blade sight myself, but am thinking about getting these to help 'hilight' the target:

A friend of mine has Williams peep with fire front sight, works really well and not quite as bulky
http://www.williamsgunsight.com/gunsights/image_88.htm Not sure how much they cost, but I'm sure a little searching will find out. |

They look nice, but whats the point of spending 55 dollars on something that you can only shoot so far with?
For 30 bucks you can get a 3-9x40 and 10 dollar mounts and you can shoot acurately at 100 yards no problem. and you saved 15 bucks. |

And one more thing, who says you need a scope to shoot accurately at 100 yards?

lol, I get what your saying
I would spend more, but i would never get my money out of them, I usually spend about 100 to 150 on my hunting rifles. But i have a 40 dollar one on my ruger, its a bushnell and its fine. Ive dropped it and what not and its fine of course. But if i was going to use it all the time, I would invest in a nicer scope. For me, Theres no point in buying anything really high. |
