I was there about 4 years ago also... Awesome place. I did the SNUBA while I was there , that was pretty cool except for the "leash"

Have fun.

What the hell does SNUBA stand for???

I'm guessing its old school, with an air hose hooked to a compressor topside.

Yup , bastardized SCUBA.. But it actually is pretty fun. No helmet , just goggles , fins , weight belt , and a regulator and a long air hose that goes up to a raft topside. Im sure it doesnt compare to SCUBA by any means , but I did get down about 25 ft. or so and saw plenty of interesting fish and plants.

Yeah , I figured as much. But just going about 25 ft. deep was 1,000,000 X better than anything the Houston area has to offer It was part of a cruise package deal.
