I am considering this one. Anyone have one or a similar Century Stove?

Opinions on stoves in general??

Century's are still made in the U.S.A. as opposed to overseas with other name brands.

If you are talking about tailgate camping, then yes, it's a pretty good stove. I wouldn't want to carry it anywhere though

My personal experience was not good . I prefer the coleman over thecentury . The centuty would flre up with a dangerous ly high flame . My sons boy scout troop had quite a few of those stoves & they replaced the century with coleman . My personal coeman stove is 10 yrs old & cooked quite a few cubscout group meals .

Spray paint that green and rusty and it would look exactly like my 20 year old Coleman.

It's chrome plated.. people might steal it

I haven't bought a coleman propane stove recently... cuz mine is like a million years old and works flawlessly. Which isn't some amazing feat really because they're incredibly simple in usage and design.
