Help me make my decision
I will be buying another pistol soon, but I am trying to make the best decision here. Currently I have a Walther P-1 in 9mm. I want to upgrade to a .45 as it is more of a manstopper and requires less ammo than 9mm to take down an human target. (More cost effective)
I am looking at the USP 45, and the Para Ordnance LDA .45 hi cap. I am trying to decide if it is worth it to keep my 9mm even through I am paying more for another handgun instead of selling it. The only reason is that it is military caliber and the 9mm/.45 ACP should be easier than other calibers to get in case of a national emergency. Last edited by MikeW; 01-29-2007 at 05:34 PM. |

I'd second holding on to it. If you like shooting as a hobby or plinking too then the 9mm is great for that it costs a lot less to throw ammo down range than the .45. I've got a 9mm and its nice for that. With that said .45 is next on my list.
If its possible keep it, its better to have 2 guns instead of one in my book Last edited by imwiththebann'd; 01-31-2007 at 02:17 PM. |
