runnin/outdoor winter wear

lookin for suggestions on a light outer shell for runnin.

purpose is to block wind and keep moisture out.

I'd just recommend any nylon shell/gore-tex running jacket and under armour cold gear long sleeve turtle neck(its the thicker, tight fitting stuff). It doesn't sound like much but there will be no moisture buildup and and you'll stay warm. I'd also include some light gloves as well. I wear almost the same thing when I go hunting in the middle of deer season, except I wear a camo sweat shirt and the under armour cold gear turtle neck
